Cancellation and Refund Policies

A student has three (3) business days from the USPS dated receipt of receiving the materials to cancel and receive a refund of the monies paid minus a $25.00 shipping and handling fee. All materials must be returned to the office in “unused” condition. If the materials have been folded, torn or written in, the actual cost of the material will be charged. 


Cancellation notices must be called or emailed to the Career Quest office. After the three (3) day period, there is no refund of any monies paid. If a person is not accepted into a Career Quest program, a full refund of the monies paid. All materials must be returned to the office in “unused” condition. If the materials have been folded, torn or written in, the actual cost of the materials will e charged.
