As a home based agent you will link with a host agency using their booking engine (a point and click system) to make your reservations.
Becoming a home based travel agent is not difficult but you do need to have the technical skills to sell travel plus instruction on how to set up your home based business. By the time you complete this online training program, you will be ready to begin your travel career (full-time or part-time) planning vacations around the world for your family and friends.
The Home-Based Agent Program consists of two sections:
- Basic Travel Industry Instruction
- Step-by-step Instruction on how to start your own home-based agency
We combine online study guides and Web sites with some of the most recognized travel reference materials on the market today.
Throughout your training, experienced instructors are available via e-mail or the toll-free number. You will enjoy weekly instructional chat rooms where you can network with fellow students and graduates and meet some of today's preferred suppliers.
Upon successful completion of the program, the student will receive a transcript of his or her grades and will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
