GDS Brush-Up/Conversion Training for Experienced Agents

This program is designed for agents re-entering the travel industry who want to brush-up their GDS skills or an agent wanting to convert from one GDS system to another. Student must provide Career Quest with proof of their prior GDS experience in order to enroll in this program.

Career Quest uses the VIASINC Travel Technology Series which is an integrated suite of e-learning courses and programs covering the technology systems used in the travel industry. This series includes skills-based solutions for Abacus, Amadeus, Apollo, Galileo, Sabre and Worldspan.

Four courses (Airline Reservations, Automated Fares and Ticketing, Car Reservations and Hotel Reservations) will be reviewed plus a free-form emulator intended for additional practice and role-playing comprise this mature and highly-advanced training solution.

Course runs 25 hours in length and includes lessons, exercises, quizzes and final exams. Upon completion of the program, students will receive a transcript of their GDS grades and a Certificate of Completion.
