Cancellation and Refund Policies
You will receive a refund of all monies paid if you are not accepted as a student. You may cancel within three (3) working days of receiving and reviewing the materials by notifying Career Quest by e-mail or telephone. If the materials are returned in "unused" condition, the student will receive a refund of their monies paid minus the $25.00 shipping and handling fee. If the materials have been used or written in, the student will be charged the actual cost of the materials plus the $25.00 shipping and handling fee. Any monies then remaining would be refunded to the student in 5-7 business days of receiving the materials.  All refunds will be paid by check - no credit card refunds.  Once a student activates their online study guide by logging in, there is no refund.
