Organizatioanl Tip For The Home Based Agent

Home Based Agents are the ultimate multi-taskers. Marketing their business, talking with potential clients, booking reservartions, answering the phone. Somedays there are not enough post-it notes to go around plus they have a habit of disappearing. Having lost important information in the past, I started using an old-fashioned steno book. Every call, every reservation number, every task I need to do is recorded in this book. Just be sure you put the date on each page so its easy to go back to find the information you need. And when its full, just put it in a drawer for a couple months. You never know when you will need to look back.
