General Information
A distance education program is designed to help adult learners without disrupting their work schedules, family or community responsibilities, or other educational commitments. By enrolling in a distance education program, you can start to explore a New World of knowledge from the comforts of your own home.
With an online program, you are a class of one with trained advisors available via e-mail, the Virtual Classroom or a toll-free number. With the aid of your textbooks (published by the travel industry), online study guides, CD-ROM programs or videos and the Internet, you work at your own pace, taking the time you need to absorb the material presented. Your advisors will review your work, make comments or suggestions for further study, and e-mail the results to you.
